Oja-Rem has a well equipped Technical Department that controls from the very first design to the ultimate process of die construction including the maintenance during the hole die service life.
Designing and manufacturing the dies by ourselves gives us a competitive advantage and increase our response capacity to customers’ requirements.

Oja-Rem is dedicated to manufacture pieces by stamping, blanking and cold drawing from metal sheets (any kind of raw material: steel, copper, aluminium and different alleys) with high technology presses.

We can assemble any kind of sets by robot welding using different technologies as spot resistance welding, arc welding. We have also riveting machine to do any mechanical assembling.

In Oja-Rem we manage the outsourcing of any type of surface treatment as well as pieces finishes to give our customer a higher service value.
